window operating system reseved bandwidth for different purpose  if we are not allocating this bandwidth for these porposes then we speed up the internet speed

1 click start and run this command  gpedit.msc  click ok
2 click on local group policy editor  and then click computer configuration  and click adminisrative templates
3 then click on network and go to Qos packet scheduler 
4 here you find the  list of packets 
5 click on limit reserve  bandwidth 
6 now enable it and set the value 0 click ok 

this trick increse your internet speed . this trick for window primium or window ultimate.  if you use this trick in home basic this trick not increse your internet speed
